Chef Gena first discovered her passion for cooking with her mother and father, who owned a small local catering business (Trudy’s Deli) in Marietta, GA. After working as a dental assistant for two years, she decided to follow her passion and enrolled in culinary school at Le Cordon Bleu, where she completed her culinary arts certificate.

Chef Gena started her culinary career at Cherokee Town and Country Club in Atlanta, GA, where she worked under Chef John Michael Lynch. Her talents and great work ethic were quickly recognized, and she was promoted from prep cook in casual dining to the fine dining restaurant, The Williams Room. She then moved on to Chateau Elan Winery and Resort in Braselton, GA. Then to Atlanta Personal Chef Service.

She has previously worked and traveled around the world with an A-list celebrity and is currently cooking healthy meals for another. She cooks healthy meals at home and her favorite cuisine is anything Asian-inspired. When she isn’t working, she is most likely in the gym or spending time with her family or friends, cooking up dishes for them to enjoy.
