Chef Nikki grew up in a large family with great home cooks and professional chefs. Cooking and baking has always come natural for her. Growing up in New York, afforded Chef Nikki opportunities to taste various cuisines from different cultures. This had a major influence on the selection of her career.

As an artist, she enjoys using food as a creative medium, experimenting with multiple flavors and combinations, textures and developing recipes. Chef Nikki is a culinary educator and lifetime culinary student. Her background has fashioned the chef she is today.

While co-owner of Twisted Sisters bakeshop and juice bar in Atlanta, GA, Chef Nikki was featured on The Cooking Channel’s “Cake Hunters”. Chef Nikki creates seasonal desserts and custom cakes. Trina E. Braxton began her career as one third of the R&B girl group ‘The Braxton’s’ with her sisters. Since that time, we have watched Ms. Braxton’s brand evolve to include multifaceted entertainer and astute businesswoman. Best known for her bluntness, Trina is a fan favorite and co-executive producer on WE TV’s top-rated reality show, Braxton Family Values, currently in it’s fifth (5th) season.

Although often portrayed on camera as the ‘life of the party’, Trina is fun, full of energy and knows how to enjoy life. However, it is her success in business that truly cause her to stand out from her sisters. In addition to being a budding brand mogul, acting is also a passion for Trina Braxton, and has been since childhood when she would act-out television scenes with her sisters before anyone knew the famous surname Braxton. Trina Braxton is an American singer, actress and reality television personality. She is a younger sister of R&B singing icon Toni Braxton. Trina had her first big break in music in 1992 as a founding member of the R&B group The Braxtons, formed with her sisters. After losing two members, The Braxtons released their only album, So Many Ways, as a trio in 1996 along with four singles: “So Many Ways”, “Only Love”, “The Boss”, and “Slow Flow”.

In 2011, Braxton reunited with her sisters for the WE tv reality show, Braxton Family Values. The first season was the #1 rated reality show on WE tv, and the network ordered a 13-episode second season of the show after the third episode.
Trina had released her first solo single called Party or Go Home on March 22, 2012.
Since that time, Braxton has starred in several movies and launched a line of hair and bar company, Bar Chix.

Matt is travelling with Rich to remote areas, taking week-long journeys island hopping off the coast of Maine in homemade kayaks or backpacking through the Adirondacks. It was during these adventures he and Rich came up with the idea for “Rogues on the Road” – a show unique to television where he could combine his “foodie” roots with an intellectual curiosity that would take them farther from home and on a greater journey then either could imagine.

In 2001, Matt’s desire to learn about the environment took him back to a place he loves – the outdoors. He helped establish and operate a kayak tour company on the Hudson River. That love grew exponentially when he worked on a research vessel teaching Marine Ecology for the Maritime Center in Norwalk, CT. from 2003-2004.
Rich grew up on “the small island of Great Britain,” (as he likes to refer to it.) His family had many opportunities to travel within their homeland as well as neighboring Europe. Rich’s parents took the brood to unique holiday locations where Rich was given the chance to experience different cultures and eat some amazingly diverse meals.

Rich had a desire to share those lessons with a large audience, hence his incredible excitement for “Rogues on the Road.” Rich brings that traditionally dry, fun, and sarcastic element of British humor and banter to the show. He is always willing to, “put it all on the line” to learn as much as possible while still having fun. Rich gives the viewers a different perspective, through which they will enjoy learning about the planet and what it has to offer.

He wants to, “take viewers with us to experience the outdoors while learning about the responsibilities surrounding our food choices.” While island hopping off the coast of Maine in homemade kayaks with Matt, the two friends came up with “Rogues on the Road” – a show unique to television where Rich could combine his worldly experience and a hunger for knowledge that would take him farther from home and on a greater journey then he could have ever imagined.
