Chef Nikki grew up in a large family with great home cooks and professional chefs. Cooking and baking has always come natural for her. Growing up in New York, afforded Chef Nikki opportunities to taste various cuisines from different cultures. This had a major influence on the selection of her career.

As an artist, she enjoys using food as a creative medium, experimenting with multiple flavors and combinations, textures and developing recipes. Chef Nikki is a culinary educator and lifetime culinary student. Her background has fashioned the chef she is today.

While co-owner of Twisted Sisters bakeshop and juice bar in Atlanta, GA, Chef Nikki was featured on The Cooking Channel’s “Cake Hunters”. Chef Nikki creates seasonal desserts and custom cakes. She is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Atlanta Patisserie and Baking Certificate Program.

Trina Braxton is an American singer, actress and reality television personality. She is a younger sister of R&B singing icon Toni Braxton. Trina had her first big break in music in 1992 as a founding member of the R&B group The Braxtons, formed with her sisters. After losing two members, The Braxtons released their only album, So Many Ways, as a trio in 1996 along with four singles: “So Many Ways”, “Only Love”, “The Boss”, and “Slow Flow”.

In 2011, Braxton reunited with her sisters for the WE tv reality show, Braxton Family Values. The first season was the #1 rated reality show on WE tv, and the network ordered a 13-episode second season of the show after the third episode.
Trina had released her first solo single called Party or Go Home on March 22, 2012.
Since that time, Braxton has starred in several movies and launched a line of hair and bar company, Bar Chix.

Chef Babette recently guest starred in the new HBO hit comedy series “Insecure”. Becoming a self taught chemist in the kitchen, perfecting healthy food that taste out of this world allowed her to eat and enjoy the meals she loved without the guilt or associated “diseases” or ailments.

Chef Babette shares an array of raw and cooked recipes including Inspirational Messages and Chef B’s Delectable Delights. Continuing to spread the word of Chef B’s Delectable Delights, she is hard at work on her first book, “Cash In On Cashews”, the first book in her Crave Series, which focuses on the versatility of the amazing cashew nut.

She fuels her body with the nutrients to allow her to continue the active lifestyle and body she proudly displays at the age of 66. It is her passion to help others embrace health and start today no matter how old you are.

Marianne Gravely joined the USDA’s Meat and Poultry Hotline staff in 1988. As a Senior Technical Information Specialist she provides consumers with safe food handling guidance daily through phone, live-chat and email inquiries and is one of the persons behind the USDA virtual representative “Ask Karen” answering food safety questions. She also researches and writes materials for the FSIS website, and handles media inquiries.

Marianne has a Bachelor of Science degree in home economics with an emphasis in foods and nutrition from Hood College in Frederick, Maryland. She received her master’s degree in Human Nutrition and Foods from Virginia Tech. Prior to joining USDA she worked as a public health nutritionist, supervised a WIC nutrition program in Virginia, and was a Home Economist for the Yokosuka Naval Base in Japan.
