Trina Braxton is an American singer, actress and reality television personality. She is a younger sister of R&B singing icon Toni Braxton. Trina had her first big break in music in 1992 as a founding member of the R&B group The Braxtons, formed with her sisters. After losing two members, The Braxtons released their only album, So Many Ways, as a trio in 1996 along with four singles: “So Many Ways”, “Only Love”, “The Boss”, and “Slow Flow”.

In 2011, Braxton reunited with her sisters for the WE tv reality show, Braxton Family Values. The first season was the #1 rated reality show on WE tv, and the network ordered a 13-episode second season of the show after the third episode.
Trina had released her first solo single called Party or Go Home on March 22, 2012.
Since that time, Braxton has starred in several movies and launched a line of hair and bar company, Bar Chix.

Native New Orleans famed singer/songwriter, world class culinary artist and chef, Dreux Antoine is founder and president of Houston Café Inc. Chef Dreux founded Houston Café in 2005 when he and his family moved to Dallas, TX as a result of evacuating New Orleans from Hurricane Katrina. He resided there for over 6 years before making Houston, TX his home. Houston Café quickly became popular, being the only catering company offering authentic American, American Gourmet, Cajun, Creole, Creole-Soul and soul food cuisines.

Houston Café received the “Best of 2015 and Best of 2016” Award from Thumbtack and is rated as one of the top 10 Caterers in Texas. Houston Café is vastly becoming one of Houston’s most popular catering companies. Chef Dreux plans on opening a family casual restaurant near downtown Houston. Houston Café strives to become a leading global brand.
Chef Dreux launched Soulful Chef Productions which is in charge of producing his live and interactive cooking show being filmed in New Orleans. It features many culinary and entertainment professionals, discussing the latest world news, hottest topics and etc.

Soulful Chef Productions also has a scholarship fund where funds are raised to support culinary art programs for underprivileged adults and students. Chef Dreux Antoine is also the founder and president of Jitow Music Group and Jitow Productions which are subsidiaries of Dreux Antoine Co.

Chef Dreux Antoine grew up in the historic French Quarters where he was surrounded by great food and great music. He comes from a family of restaurateurs and culinary professionals who are currently chefs and restaurant owners in the city of New Orleans. Chef Dreux was a cousin to the late great world renowned Chef Austin Leslie, who pioneered the “Creole-Soul” concept made famous in New Orleans. Chef Dreux grew up in the kitchen with his wonderful grandmother who is a major influence in his life. He watched her cook and prepare family dinner every Sunday after church. Chef Dreux immediately took to being in the kitchen. Cooking with his grandmother, being her “sous chef” and learning culinary arts at an early age. He discovered it to be one of his greatest passions along with music.

Chef Dreux attended school and graduated with a degree in music and business and later received a culinary arts certificate and license. He also received training from Landry’s Inc. based in Houston, TX. Chef Dreux Antoine has served as executive chef and sous chef throughout his career for many concepts. He has worked with a plethora of talented and phenomenal culinary professionals from around the world. Chef Dreux has been traveling the world, performing on stage and/or showcasing his culinary creativity for 20+ years.
