Chef Guy Mitchell is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and apprenticed at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City. He sits on The Board of Directors for the New York City Culinary Academy.

Chef Guy Mitchell has served as Executive Chef for the Philadelphia Eagles, all of the “Rocky” Hollywood film sets and has hosted the famous QVC television show as well as the The Atlantic City and Philadelphia Food and Wine Festivals. Chef Guy Mitchell cooked for the Academy Awards and while working in New York, has served as Executive Chef for David Rockefeller in his distinguished Montauk Yacht Club on Star Island. He also worked with Chef Ron Duprat at the James Beard Foundation in New York City.

Through Chef Guy’s arising accomplishments, he has had the unique pleasure of working closely with The White House and Vice Presidents’ residence to host special engagements with the Presidents’ and Vice Presidents’ chefs. He recently was invited by the Commander Navy Installations Command as a guest Judge for the CNIC Navy-Wide Culinary Competition. Navy Chefs are selected from their region to fly to Washington D.C. to compete against each other. Some of these Navy Chefs are later chosen to work at the White House Navy Mess, the Vice Presidents’ Residence, the Pentagon and other high ranking Navy Installations. Chef Guy was awarded the MCPON coin from the Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy, Rick D. West for his service.

Chef Guy also performs at the Fancy Food Show in New York City representing Canada in the Canadian Pavilion. Guy prepares White House dishes using Canadian products. Guy always uses the phrase, “Canada is our neighbor”: and “Canadians are our friends”.

Chef Guy has currently created a group of former White House Chefs called the “White House Chef Tour” where they travel the east coast performing food demonstrations at culinary schools, fund raisers, wine and food festivals and other events.

Chef Nikki grew up in a large family with great home cooks and professional chefs. Cooking and baking has always come natural for her. Growing up in New York, afforded Chef Nikki opportunities to taste various cuisines from different cultures. This had a major influence on the selection of her career.

As an artist, she enjoys using food as a creative medium, experimenting with multiple flavors and combinations, textures and developing recipes. Chef Nikki is a culinary educator and lifetime culinary student. Her background has fashioned the chef she is today.

While co-owner of Twisted Sisters bakeshop and juice bar in Atlanta, GA, Chef Nikki was featured on The Cooking Channel’s “Cake Hunters”. Chef Nikki creates seasonal desserts and custom cakes. She is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Atlanta Patisserie and Baking Certificate Program.

While attending the Sheridan Technical Center’s Culinary Arts program, Stample found a mentor in the late Chef Odis Herring, a detail-oriented leader who instilled a sense of pride in putting 100% into everything one does – especially volunteer work. He now honors Herring’s legacy by devoting his time to bettering the lives of underprivileged kids.

As a personal and private chef, he has wowed celebrities with his calling-card cuisine – a fusion of Southern soul-food
with a spicy Caribbean flavor. These are traits he picked up from watching his family with Caribbean roots create a wide range of exotic dishes. He has now committed himself to bettering the community as a Culinary Philanthropist.

As Culinary Director of CREaM, Stample was responsible for coordinating and ensuring the success of four of Rachael Ray’s signature Burger Bash events and cooking up rave-worthy eats for Miami’s hippest party, Ultra Music Festival.

Chef Stample’s most impressive career achievement to date is teaching and mentoring at-risk youth at EdVenture Charter School in Lantana, Florida. Stample taught his students how to be creative and innovative, while taking ownership of their lives. He spent every day making sure that his students felt proud of their achievements. He worked tirelessly to instill the values of personal responsibility and personal accountability in his students. During his tenure, he encountered many students that didn’t have access to hot meals at home. Not only was he able to provide daily meals for them, he taught them how to cook for themselves, and was able to provide information about community resources.

Chef David is currently the Chef & Health Educator at Ruby’s place, supported housing for formally homeless adults. He is an
advocate and volunteer for No Kid Hungry.

Owner and executive Chef of Mesob Restaurant. Born in a small town of Jean Rabel, Haiti, at the age of 10 he moved to the United States where later he studied at Johnson and Whales University (Culinary Arts), interned at a fine dining seafood restaurant then promoted to Demi Chef after 6 months on the job. Shortly after, he moved to Kansas City to be closer to his family and was blessed with a beautiful little girl, who is the apple of his eyes.

To sharpen his skills, Chef-Cherven Desauguste began working at various restaurants. In 2002, he held his first Sous Chef position at the Ramada Inn (formerly known as Park Place Hotel). Two years later, he left for a better opportunity, taking the title of Executive Sous Chef at Ameristar Casino where he was awarded employee of the year. After 4 years, he was offered another great opportunity to run his own kitchen as a room Chef at Journey Steakhouse (Argosy Casino). There he focused on simple, exquisite meats and vegetable dishes. He wanted to showcase both craftsmanship and artistry.

He was given the option to help open a multi-million dollar casino and running a kitchen with any restaurant outlet of his choice. He turned down the offer, because he wanted to pursue his dream. He left in July 2013 to open the first Haitian restaurant in Kansas City that incorporated two different cuisines (Ethiopian and Haitian). After three years of operation, multiple articles and accolades, he moved the restaurant to a prime area with a bigger space to accommodate his clientele.
