At the young age of five, LaTonya discovered her passion for cooking by watching her grandfather aka “Big Daddy”, tending his gardens and raising the pigs, chickens, cows and etc. Big Daddy’s major role was to bar-b-que the meats. While at same time, she watched her grandmother aka “Big Mamma”, cook various styles of soul food.

Chef Martini is the expert to seek when it comes to Hospitality and Restaurant Management/Food Nutrition Sciences. He is an honors graduate of the Art Institute of Atlanta, School of Culinary Arts, Atlanta, GA, holding a 4.0 GPA.
