Chef Sharon is a native of Chattanooga, TN. She began cooking around the age of 7 or 8. At the age of 12, she made a homemade lasagna dish for school. It was a hit and she fell in love with cooking.

30 years later, Chef Sharon entered and graduated with Honors, from The Culinary Institute at Virginia College. It was there she started the first herb garden with the help of other classmates. She served as Vice President of the first Culinary Honors Club when she fell in love with bread puddings. Since then, she has 20+ bread pudding flavors such as Lemon Swirl, Strawberry, Pineapple Upside Down, Sweet Potato Pie, and of course the Traditional w/Bourbon Sauce!

Chef Sharon’s Chattanooga Variety Bread Puddings will soon be in Winn-Dixie grocery stores in Jacksonville, Florida and Dailys convenience stores. She currently is a chef at Perfect Pear Catering in JAX and HP Cafe in Orange Park, FL.  Chef Sharon also has a column in the Woman’s Essence Online Magazine since 2012.
